For safety reasons, we do not set up on or during windy conditions (winds over 20 mph).
-The setup area must be free of stairs. If there are stairs, please contact us to discuss options.
The setup area must be flat and level, with no pebbles, gravel, or steep inclines.
A standard power outlet must be located within 50 feet of the setup area.
We provide a 50-foot extension cord. If the power source is farther than 50 feet, please inform us in advance. Please note that we do not supply generators.
The castle cannot be set up on gravel, mud, or sand under any circumstances.
